Acupuncture: NADA Protocol

Auricular 5 point Ear Acupuncture £25

The NADA treatment model follows the NADA U.S. five-point training protocol, developed at the Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Lincoln Recovery Centre in New York.

The process involves the gentle insertion of up to five fine, single use, sterilised, stainless steel disposable needles into specific energetic points in the outer ear. No electrical stimulation is used.

The outer ear acts like a switchboard that sends impulses to the brain, which stimulate the release of endorphins, lowers stress and induces relaxation. The 5 points on an ear helps deliver a feeling of calmness and relaxation to assist with menopausal sweats symptoms, smoking cessation, ADHD and many more.

  • Auricular 5 point Ear Acupuncture £25 includes initial assessment
  • Subsequent appointments in a 6-week course cost £15 each

It involves the reflexologist applying pressure to specific areas in the hands, feet, that affect certain reflex areas of the body. The health benefits of reflexology include its ability to improve the nerve functions, raise energy levels, increase circulation, and much more.
